In July 2024, The Smoking Mule had the incredible honor of being featured on America’s Best Restaurants—and what a ride it was! We fired up the smokers, turned up the flavor, and brought our A-game to showcase what makes The Smoking Mule a must-visit spot.

The crew got a taste of our crowd favorites: the melt-in-your-mouth Smoked Chicken, the fiery kick of our Bayou Spicy Shrimp, and the ultimate flavor bomb—the Lobster & Shrimp Po' Boy. Let’s just say, there were a lot of happy taste buds on set that day.

Being recognized on such a big stage was a dream come true, but at the heart of it all, we’re just doing what we love—serving up authentic, delicious food with a side of good vibes. The cameras may have stopped rolling, but the flavor train is still going strong. Whether you're a local regular or docking in for the first time, come see what all the buzz is about.
